“Character-Driven Success” is the title of a series of management presentations developed by Dr. Beverly Chiodo.  These presentations were designed to introduce Beverly’s students, and later, public and private sector clients, to the principles of character-based management.The essence of character-based management is that honesty, integrity, and personal responsibility are foundational life principles which necessarily support all true, enduring success in business, government, and personal life.

Beverly’s first client was the United States Air Force in San Antonio, TX in 1999.  Other clients soon followed, including the Texas Governor's Executive Development Program, which is annually attended by top executives from numerous state agencies and universities.  Many of the executives from the GEDP presentation soon recommended Dr. Chiodo's training to their own organizations, and Dr. Chiodo's client list grew rapidly as a result. 

Since those early days, Dr. Chiodo has spoken to hundreds of organizations across the US and Canada. Many of her presentations have included attendees from around the globe who have carried the message of Character Driven Success back to their home countries.
